I cannot say enough about Teresa. She is not only knowledgable, but doesn't make me feel like a complete moron when it comes to the computer. I should be so lucky to have employees such as her.

Scott was very helpfull. He knew exactly what needed to be done. After setting up sessions on both PCs he took control of the situation until the transfer of the software was complete. I am very satisfied.
