Very positive experience, Scott is very well-rounded and an assett to the customer service team. Scott was very helpful and diligent. He was very knowledgable on attaining the end result in migrating HP to WB on Windows XP. He was very determined to keep HP happy as well as our clients.

I do not see any need to improve a "We'll take care of that for you" mind set. This level of service is rare indeed. Scott did a great job and was very helpful in our migration of this software to the new PC.
