Very helpful and patient. Pleasure to online chat with,very polite. Scott took his time to explain everything in a way that i would understand. More reps should be like him. He didn't try to rush just to get me out of the way. He actually seemed like he cared that i get the problem resolved and didn't hurry the process. Just loved him.

I was surprised that you guys were willing to remote into my computers and do the installation for me. Really surprised. Few companies wouldn't even think to even offer assistance on the level your company offers it. My supervisor Pat Weagley will be happy to know that DAT-MAIL is up and running when he comes back from vacation.

It was nice to see the program updates in place. This will greatly improve the functionality of the PPP program! It is also nice to see that Windowbook will help with the USPS certification on the new barcode standards, again very proactive and customer focused.
