i could not have asked for a more professional, efficient, or courtious person on the other end. Scott took what was turning into a frustrating experience into a very pleasurable one. He should be commended for his exceptional patience! Although it ended up being our issue with the PC (we generally only use Mac's) Scott jumped right in and assisted myself, probably for his own sanity, as well as for mine and got me up to speed...bless him

Scott was great! I wanted to renew my Post Master subscription and move the program to a different desktop unit. Not only did Scott do this for me, he also checked out my system to make certain it was up to date and working efficiently. This was above and beyond what I had expected.
