Teresa was helpful as always. The reason we stay with PPP year after year is the outstanding assistance we get when we have problems. I have never dealt with a company that offered better support than your company

Extremely Positive experience. Scott took his time and each step of the way explained what was happening. I wish he was part of our IT/IS dept. He did the work for me...and it was truly truly appreciated. Everything was done for me. He was very helpful, explained everything he was doing. Very precise and my experience overall was AWESOME. I didnt have to deal with Programming terminology that Im not familiar with or have to do downloads that I couldnt bypass. Scott is a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

I liked the fact that someone experienced took over and showed me exactly what I needed to do without throwing out Programming terminology that I would have to figure out. Steve fixed my issues and walked me thru the correct steps.

Very efficient - This was the completion of installation of Software. Scott completed the task in a minimal amount of time, with little or no assistance from me.

As a first user of DAT.MAIL I had problems installing the application due to a failure of my connection. Scott was appointed as a Customer Support where he was very friendly and helpful. He was able to multy task and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I’m happy with the prompt respond and service.
