Privacy Statement

This Privacy Statement explains what information Window Book, Inc. (“Window Book” or “we”) collects from individuals (“you”) who subscribe to the YourScore™ service.

TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

The YourScore service maintains or collects two kinds of information (“Information”): The first is the mailer’s PostalOne! credentials which are used to retrieve the PostalOne!® scorecard data and return it to the subscriber while acting as the subscriber’s agent. This information is encrypted and never shared with any third party.

The second type of data collected is the scorecard data which is retrieved from the USPS, stored in a database, analyzed and returned to the subscriber. We will not share your scorecard data directly with any third party without your permission. This data may be used as part of aggregated statistics that might be shared with third parties or used by Window Book though your identity or any data that may be used to identify you will not be shared.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose PII or other personal data through the Site’s Communications Service (defined below), this information may be collected and used by others.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We have implemented technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect your Information from unauthorized access and improper use. We keep Information on servers that are protected by firewalls and which we maintain, or which are maintained by third parties under contract with us. All Information is encrypted using SSL encryption when stored and when transmitted from our Site, and you must use an SSL-encrypted browser to make purchases from the Site. From time to time, we review our security procedures in order to consider appropriate new technology and methods. However, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, and we do not guarantee that your Information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of our technical, administrative or physical safeguards. You can help protect the security of your Information by taking precautions to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Keep your passwords private, and change them often using a combination of letters and numbers, and make sure you use a secure web browser.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

The scorecard delivery process involves Window Book analyzing your data to provide you with status and action items. At times Window Book will do additional analysis of your scorecard data and reserves the right to contact you over any anomalies identified, though is not obligated to do so.

CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT

This Privacy Statement may be revised periodically, and this will be reflected by the "Last Updated" notice below. If we make material changes to this Privacy Statement, we will post the updated Privacy Statement on the Site so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We encourage you to periodically review the currently posted Privacy Statement to ensure that you are kept apprised of how Window Book is protecting your Information. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT AND ANY FUTURE REVISIONS.
